Job Summary

Workday Time Tracking Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in Workday Time Tracking supporting Implementation, Enhancement, Rollout, and Production Support projects.
- Configured and maintained: Time Entry Codes, Time Calculation Rules, Time Calculation Tags, Time Blocks, Work Shifts, Shift Differentials, Overtime Rules, Meal Break Rules and Premium Pay Rules.
- Configured worker eligibility for Time Tracking based on employee groups and staffing models.
- Developed complex Time Calculations including: Overtime Calculations, Holiday Premium Calculations, Shift Differential Calculations, Rest Break Calculations and Weekly Threshold Rules
- Created and maintained Calculated Fields.
- Configured and enhanced Time Entry approval business processes and routing conditions.
- Developed custom reports.
- Supported Workday Payroll integration for accurate payroll calculation and time validation.
- Configured condition rules and validation rules for time entry controls.
- Participated in end-to-end testing, regression testing, payroll validation testing, and UAT cycles.
- Investigated and resolved production support tickets related to time calculation discrepancies and approval workflow issues.
- Migrated configurations using EIBs and Object Transporter.
- Worked closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams during implementation and enhancement phases.
