Sr Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C)

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, preferably with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, particularly in Umrah or Hajj packages.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.

n

Maintain accurate call records and client follow-ups in CRM.

n

Follow up with leads and prospective clients on a daily basis.

n

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Umrah packages.

n

Prepare and share package quotations through Email and WhatsApp.

n

Convert enquiries/leads into confirmed bookings.

n

Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.

n

Maintain daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports in Excel.

n

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

n

Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and further processing.

n





Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and conversions.

n

Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.

n

Requirements

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.

n

Experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.

n

Experience in Umrah/Hajj sales will be an added advantage.

n

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

n

Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel and CRM software.

n

Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

n

Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.

n

Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills.

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

n

Daily follow-up efficiency

n

Monthly sales target achievement.
