ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales professional to support the sales team in

n

understanding customer requirements and developing suitable LED display solutions. The role will involve

n

technical consultation, solution design, preparation of quotations and proposals, product demonstrations, and

n

coordination with internal teams to ensure the proposed solution meets customer requirements.

n

Job Responsibilities :

n

n
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable LED display solutions based on application, size, viewing distance, resolution, brightness, installation environment, and budget considerations.
n
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the complete sales cycle.
n
- Prepare technical proposals, solution specifications, BOQ, quotations, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation.
n
- Study project requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify technical requirements and solution scope.
n
- Recommend appropriate LED display products, configurations, controllers, processors, mounting structures, and related accessories.
n
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and clarify product specifications.
n
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, dealers, consultants, and internal sales teams.
n
- Assist the sales team during customer meetings and provide technical explanations wherever required.
n
- Coordinate with production, design, project, installation, and service teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
n
- Support the sales team in preparing technical responses to customer queries, tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
n
- Review customer specifications and ensure proposed solutions comply with required technical standards and project requirements.
n




- Assist in site surveys and gather technical information required for solution design and estimation.
n
- Provide technical inputs for LED display sizing, pixel pitch selection, cabinet configuration, power requirements, and system architecture.
n
- Maintain proper records of technical proposals, drawings, quotations, product specifications, and customer requirements.
n
- Stay updated on LED display technologies, products, controllers, processors, and market developments.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Graduate / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
n
- Relevant experience in pre-sales, technical sales, solution engineering, or LED display systems will be
n

n

preferred.

n

• Good understanding of LED display products, pixel pitch, cabinet specifications, controllers, processors, and

n

related components.

n

n
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and customer requirements.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to prepare professional technical proposals and presentations.
n
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work with sales, production, project, and service teams.
n
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and project requirements when required.
n

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Candidate should be technically sound, proactive, organized, and customer-oriented.
n
- Experience in the LED display, digital signage, AV, electronics, or related industry will be an added advantage.
n
- Should be comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical solutions in a clear and professional
n

n

manner.

n

n
- Should be able to manage multiple enquiries and proposals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
n
- Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
n
