Role Summary

Support fund accounting, investor operations, and financial reporting activities across private equity, private credit, co-investment vehicles, and fund structures. The role requires ownership of fund accounting processes, investor servicing, capital activity management, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: -

Fund Accounting & Reporting

Support end-to-end fund accounting activities across multiple investment structures.
Prepare and review cash, position, capital activity, and NAV reconciliations.
Record journal entries, accruals, allocations, and period-end adjustments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Prepare NAV packages, financial statements, and management reporting deliverables.
Calculate management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations.
Support fund performance reporting, including IRR and MOIC calculations.

Investor Operations

Coordinate capital call and distribution processes.
Prepare investor notices and capital account statements.
Maintain investor transaction records and commitment schedules.
Support investor reporting and communications.
Manage reporting trackers and investor information requests.

Compliance & Audit Support





Support audit requests and preparation of supporting schedules.
Assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
Review fund expenses, allocations, and reporting controls.
Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and compliance teams..

Required Experience

4-8 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Private Credit Funds, or Alternative Investments.
Strong understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
Experience with NAV preparation and investor reporting.
Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
Strong reconciliation and financial reporting expertise.
Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Investran, Allvue, Geneva, eFront, or similar systems.
Exposure to LP reporting and private markets operations.
Familiarity with AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
