The positions are focused on specialized ServiceNow areas including AI/CRM/CSM, Creator Workflows, and CRM/CSM. The ideal candidate should have strong technical consulting experience, ServiceNow configuration expertise, accelerator development experience, demo/lab instance configuration capabilities, technical documentation skills, and the ability to support customer-facing enablement and coaching activities ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certification are mandatory for all positions.
