About The Job:

- We are looking for an experienced SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of OpenText VIM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an productive end-to-end invoice processing solution.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead/support OpenText VIM implementation and configuration in SAP environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into VIM functional solutions.
- Configure VIM workflows, approval processes, roles, rules, exception handling, and document processing.
- Work on end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Integrate VIM with SAP FI/AP, MM, Procurement and Accounts Payable processes.
- Configure and support invoice validation, data enrichment, coding, approval and posting processes.
- Work with OCR / intelligent document capture solutions and invoice data extraction.
- Configure agent determination, approval hierarchies and workflow routing based on business rules.
- Support integration with OpenText Capture / Core Capture, where applicable.
- Work with SAP Fiori applications and VIM user interfaces.




- Analyze and resolve production issues, workflow errors, invoice processing issues and integration defects.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Configure C***om field in validation Client as per business requirement.
- Support the OCR extraction issue which needs to be resolved with the help of OpenText support team.
- Support country specific e-invoicing process.
- Perform technical and functional configuration of SAP and OpenText Content Server.

Qualifications:

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in SAP VIM / OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
- Lead and deliver at least one end-to-end OpenText Extended ECM for SAP implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in VIM configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI-AP and MM integration.
- Good knowledge of Procure-to-Pay / Invoice-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with VIM workflows, approval processes and exception handling.
- Experience with VIM document processing and invoice lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and VIM-related applications.
- Good understanding of invoice capture/OCR technologies.




- Experience working with OpenText Capture or equivalent document capture solutions is preferred.
