Profile: System & Network Admin / Sr. Engineer with great desktop skills (hardware, software, networking and mail support) plus skills to handle server level problems and network security related issues.

Summary

n

You would be responsible for ITIL Based Service Delivery inclusive of Networks, EMail, Backup, Security administration and Management.

n

Will be closely working with IT Management tools used by SME and PSU to centrally manage deployed IT resources

n

Will be expected to communicate directly with Sr management at Client end.

n

Job Profile:

ITIL Based Service Delivery

n

Server administration and management

n

Networking management, monitoring, working with hypervisor, VMs etc.

n

Acronis Backup solutions- setting up, maintenance, trouble sheeting

n

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Firewall applications

n

EMail security / network security applications

n

LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design

n

Desktop trouble shooting

n

Expected to interact with Sr. Management – mature, professional, sensible and proactive attitude

n

Will attend to server, mail, networking, desktop etc. related calls

n

Constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources

n

Joining asap.

Desired Skills and Experience

n

n
- Educational Qualification: (BSc, BTech, 3 yrs Diploma)
n
- Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue )
n

n

3 MS Outlook, O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals

n

5. Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet)

n

6. Should have worked with Backup Solutions

n

7. Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches

n

8. training /Knowledge of CCNA or Microsoft. certification is preferable

n





9 Communication Skill Excellent and Speak with foreign Clients

n

10. Work Experience 3 -6 years in the desired role

n

SALARY: starting at 4 LPA or better

n

Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Relevant working experience for 3-6 yrs
n
- Knowledge and hands on experience on Server hardware fundamentals (Raid and installation), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hypervisor
n
- Basic Knowledge of Networking should have worked with on Router, Switch, UTM (Fortinet, Sophos or any other UTM)
n
- Good hands-on experience/ knowledge on Desktop Fundamentals, Outlook, O365, GSuite
n
- English Communication Spoken/ written should be good
n
- Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line
n
