nJob Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant

NLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

NExperience: Minimum 10 years in finance and controlling roles, with substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.

NKey Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration:

NLead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.

NDemonstrate expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), including Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Results Analysis (RA), Product Cost Controlling, and Activity-Based Costing.

NProcess Improvement & Automation:

NIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance and controlling processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionality and best practices.

NCross-Functional Collaboration:

NCollaborate with IT, supply chain, and operations departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with overall business objectives.

NFinancial Reporting:

NOversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

NTraining & Support:

NProvide training and support to business teams on SAP S/4HANA functionality, processes, and best practices.

NQualifications: Education:

NChartered Accountant (CA)or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

NAdvanced degree or professional certification (e.G., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.

NSAP S/4HANA Expertise:





NDeep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to finance and controlling.

NHands-on experience in system configuration, customization, testing, and support.

NCertification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.

NExperience:

NMinimum 10 years in finance and controlling roles, with substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.

NProven track record in leading or managing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

NCommunication & Leadership:

NExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.

NDemonstrated leadership abilities in driving change and leading project teams.

NProblem-Solving & Team Management:

NAbility to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements effectively.

NExperience in leading or managing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

NPreferred Skills:

NExpertise in SAP Activatemethodology and agile project delivery.

NExperience in integratingSAP S/4HANA Finance modules with other SAP modules (e.G., MM, SD, PP, WM, PM).

NStrong understanding of financial compliance and risk management within the SAP CO framework.
