Brysa is a Salesforce consulting and technology company working with clients across the UK, US and other international markets. We help businesses improve their sales, operational and customer processes using Salesforce, data, AI and integrated business systems.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner to work in a dedicated capacity with one of our long-standing US clients.

About the Role

This is a business-facing Salesforce role, not primarily a Salesforce administration or development position.

You will work closely with the client's leadership and operational teams to understand their business processes, identify problems and translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

You will act as the Salesforce Product Owner and Business Systems Lead, working closely with Brysa's Salesforce consultants, architects and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the client's sales, estimating, project delivery and operational processes.
- Work directly with senior management and business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Map current and future-state business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Determine whether a business problem should be solved through Salesforce, another system or a process change.
- Own and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap and product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Design functional Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with Salesforce consultants, architects and developers.
- Review proposed solutions to ensure they meet the actual business requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, feedback, business sign-off and releases.
- Support user training, documentation and change-management activities.




- Drive Salesforce adoption across the organisation.
- Monitor data quality, process compliance and system usage.
- Maintain visibility of priorities, decisions, dependencies and outstanding issues.
- Act as the primary day-to-day bridge between the client and Brysa's Salesforce delivery team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong practical Salesforce experience.
- Good knowledge of Sales Cloud.
- Experience as a:
- Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
- Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Salesforce Product Owner
- Business Systems Analyst
- CRM Product Owner
- Salesforce Business Systems Lead
- Solid requirements-gathering and business analysis skills.
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions at a functional level.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, security, reporting and integrations.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops.
- Experience coordinating UAT and releases.
- Strong change-management and user-adoption skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence working directly with senior US stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications are desirable, particularly:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Certifications are desirable but practical business and Salesforce experience will be given more importance.

Industry Experience

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

- Construction
- Building products
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Distribution
- Project-based businesses




- Estimating or quoting
- Order-to-delivery processes
- Complex sales-to-operations workflows

Direct construction-sector experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Working Hours

This role supports a US business operating on Eastern Time.

The expected working window will normally be approximately:

6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Exact hours may vary slightly depending on US daylight saving and client meeting requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable working these hours on a long-term basis.

What We Are Not Looking For

This role is not primarily for:

- Salesforce Developers
- Salesforce Administrators focused mainly on tickets and support
- Candidates with only Salesforce configuration experience
- Candidates who simply document requirements without challenging or improving them

We are looking for someone who can understand the business problem first and determine the best process and technology solution.

Compensation
