Senior Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Develop and post job descriptions across hiring platforms.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill talent requirements.
- Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.




- Hands-on expertise in job platforms for resume sourcing and screening.
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with ATS, hiring platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
