Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.

Develop and post job descriptions across hiring platforms.

Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill talent requirements.

Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.

Experience in Team Handling.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience

Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.

Hands-on expertise in job platforms for resume sourcing and screening.

Solid knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices.

Familiarity with ATS, hiring platforms, and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
