Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensure accurate salary processing, and maintain statutory compliance for employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, salaries, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and arrears.
- Validate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Manage Full & Final settlements, leave encashment, gratuity, and exit-related payroll activities.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary reports, reconciliations, and variance reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for payroll inputs and issue resolution.
- Handle employee payroll queries related to salary, deductions, tax, attendance, and benefits.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by maintaining accurate payroll records.




- Ensure payroll data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and accuracy.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and Indian statutory compliance.
- Positive knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and payroll taxation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within strict payroll timelines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
