Position: Senior Manager – Purchase & Production

Location: Industrial Area, Panchkula

Salary: Up to ₹1 lakh per month (negotiable)

Experience: 7–8 years

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 10–15 days

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager – Purchase & Production to manage procurement and production coordination for Mother Sparsh.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in raw material and packaging procurement, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or baby care industry*, along with a good understanding of production processes, vendor management, cost management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

- Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for cosmetic, skincare, and baby care products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to support production requirements.
- Conduct market research and attend relevant trade fairs/exhibitions across India to identify new suppliers, materials, and industry trends.

Production Coordination

- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Support production planning and scheduling to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for smooth material movement and inventory management.

R&D; Support





- Work closely with the R&D; team to identify and procure suitable raw materials for new product development.
- Keep updated on emerging trends and innovations in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, and baby care.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all procured materials meet company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Quality team to resolve material-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Cost & Budget Management

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support forecasting and variance analysis related to procurement.
- Monitor procurement expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of overall experience, with relevant procurement experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or baby care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials such as bottles, caps, monocartons, etc.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of production planning and coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in cosmetics/skincare manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
