Job Description

We are looking for a talented and target-oriented Interior Sales Designer who can understand clients' requirements, create suitable interior design solutions, and convert leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of interior design knowledge, sales skills, client handling, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.
n
- Develop interior design concepts and presentations based on client requirements.
n
- Prepare space planning, layouts, material selections, and design proposals.
n
- Present designs and quotations professionally to clients.
n
- Generate sales through leads, references, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
n
- Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior projects.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs throughout the sales process.
n
- Coordinate with design, estimation, project execution, and operations teams.
n
- Prepare and negotiate quotations while ensuring company pricing and profitability.
n
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.
n




- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and closing effectively.
n
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
n

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design and space planning.

- Ability to understand drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.

- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior products.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- AutoCAD
n
- SketchUp / 3ds Max

- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape

- MS Office / Google Workspace

- CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

n

n
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
n
- 5-7 years of experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, modular interiors, or a related industry.
n
- Candidates with strong sales experience and good interior-design understanding may also be considered.
