In this job, you will:

n

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU.
n
- Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects' database
n
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
n
- Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients.
n
- Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects.
n
- Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM.
n
- Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM.
n




- Position the value of Gramener's offerings to prospects and partners Requirements.
n
- Candidates must have excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
n
- Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue.
n
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude.
n
- Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality.
n
- Write enticing emails clearly articulating the value of Gramener's offerings.
n

- Have excellent relationship building and organizational skills.

- Enjoy working in a rapid-changing field. You must have:
n
- 1.5 - 5 Years' experience in Business Development/ Cold Calling or as inside sales rep
n
- Willing to work from 7 PM to 3 AM (IST) shift.
n
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is required but not a constraint.
n
- Excellent Communication Skills
n
- Go – Getter Attitude is a must and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
