Role Description This is a full time, on-site Solar Sales Executive role based in Morena. The Solar Sales Executive will identify and engage potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients, conduct site visits, and understand customer energy needs. The role involves presenting tailored solar solutions, explaining product features, pricing, subsidies, and ROI,



and preparing proposals and quotations. The Solar Sales Executive will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate and close deals, and coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing basic post-sale support, and keeping up to date with solar technology, government policies, and market trends. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in field sales or direct customer interaction, preferably in solar or related industries. Ability to build trust-based relationships, communicate clearly, and present technical information in simple, customer-friendly terms.
