Role Overview We are looking for a high-agency
business development leader to anchor and scale our partner's CSR
fundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strong
understanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build senior
corporate relationships, and the drive to convert partnerships into
long-term, high-value engagements. The ideal candidate combines B2B
sales rigor with a nuanced understanding of CSR priorities,
compliance frameworks, and corporate decision-making processes. Key
Responsibilities Current business development Own and deliver CSR funds
from corporates across sectors Independently open doors with CSR
heads, CXOs, and corporate foundations Build and manage a strong,
high-quality pipeline of prospective CSR donors Lead the end-to-end
lifecycle: prospecting - proposal pitching - closure - reporting
Represent the organization in CSR forums and corporate networks
Manage and mentor a team of high-performing new business
