Role Description The Senior Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical positions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Daily activities include using job portals and professional networks, conducting candidate assessments, managing interview schedules,



and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing the complete hiring process from requisition to onboarding.
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills for sourcing and evaluating candidates for software, engineering, and ERP-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring for diverse levels, including junior, mid-level, and senior technical positions.
- Knowledge of the software development and engineering lifecycle, with familiarity in areas such as product development, application development, and ERP implementation.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, job portals, social media platforms, and skilled networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an IT services or software development environment, preferably in a fast-growing or high-volume recruiting setting.
