We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning, and AI technologies to create high-impact learning experiences for the automotive industry.

The role involves designing AI-focused learning tracks, digital courses, simulations, assessments, and learning journeys for automotive professionals. You will work closely with SMEs, business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders to translate complex AI and automotive concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end instructional design, from training needs analysis and learning objectives to development and deployment.
- Design AI learning tracks and curricula for different learner roles and proficiency levels.
- Create eLearning, simulations, videos, assessments, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Develop course outlines, storyboards, learning flows, scripts, and assessment frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on discovery, content development, validation, and delivery.
- Design scenario-based, role-based, and interactive learning experiences, including AI-powered assessments and simulations.
- Explore GenAI, conversational learning, AI tutors,



and role-playing solutions to enhance learner engagement.
- Connect AI learning to real-world automotive use cases and business scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, eLearning, or Digital Learning.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, curriculum development, and learning experience design.
- Experience designing AI or technology-focused learning programs.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience with storyboarding, eLearning, ILT/VILT, videos, simulations, and assessments.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and content development skills.

Good to Have

Experience with large global enterprises, ERP/CRM transformation projects, AI-powered learning solutions, learning analytics, or global learning programs.

Success in this role means creating scalable AI learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and relevant to real-world automotive applications while continuously using AI and emerging technologies to improve learning outcomes.
