Role Description The Senior HSE Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The role involves leading and executing HSE Projects i.e risk assessments and studies, including process safety reviews, industrial safety audits, Fire audits, SOP, environmental risk evaluations, and trainings projects for clients across diverse industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring, delivering HSE training and workshops, and supporting clients in achieving management certifications and compliance with national and international standards.

The role also requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, contributing to business development activities, and ensuring all work adheres to ASRC’s Code of Integrity and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong background with





5–8 years of relevant experience in HSE / Safety / Industrial Safety / Safety Consulting.
- Proficiency in Safety Audits, Trainings, SOP, HSE engineering design, fire protection system.
- Experience in HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments aligned with relevant national and international standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Fire & Life Safety / Electrical Safety exposure will be an advantage.
- Experience with HIRA / TRA / JSA / Risk Assessment will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001, applicable Indian safety legislation and relevant IS/NFPA standards.
- Ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs, workshops, and management certification support for diverse industrial sectors.
- Competence in technical report writing, data analysis, and preparation of risk study documentation and client presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, managing projects, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, safety auditor approvals) are an advantage.
