Senior Graphic Designer

Location

Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Full-time | On-site

What You’ll Do

- Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, ads, stories, presentations, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Video, and Marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective visual communication.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Review and improve designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual communication styles.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience




- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma and Canva is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing.
- Ability to think creatively and independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Bonus Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Brand identity & visual branding
- Motion graphics
- Video editing
- UI/UX design
- AI-assisted creative workflows
- Advertising creatives
- Premium/luxury brand design

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience, skills & portfolio.
