We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team at our Adampur office. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who can take ownership of client accounts from day one and deliver results without close supervision.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience running paid advertising campaigns, handling multiple client accounts, and reporting results directly to clients. You should be comfortable setting up and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google, planning social media content, and managing client communication through WhatsApp and CRM tools.

Please note this is a fully on-site position based at our Adampur office. We are not offering hybrid or remote working for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, run and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok
- Manage multiple client accounts independently, each with its own goals and deadlines
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and broadcast lists for clients
- Maintain accurate client and campaign data in our CRM
- Communicate directly with clients on calls and in meetings




- Coordinate with our content and design team on ad creatives
- Stay current with platform changes across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
- Ability to create landing pages using WordPress, Elementor or similar tools
- Confident spoken and written communication in English, and Hindi
- Must be able to work on-site at our Adampur office, Monday to Saturday

Good to Have

- Agency experience handling several clients
- Knowledge of D2C or E-commerce advertising
- Experience with SEO and Google Business Profile
- Platform certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
