Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects within the Capital Markets domain.

n

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation.
n
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
n
- Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
n
- Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
n
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and change requests.
n
- Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges.
n




- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
n
- Provide regular project status, risk, and delivery updates to senior management.
n
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes.
n
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
n
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
n
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager.
n
- Robust experience handling large and complex technical/software projects.
n
- Mandatory Capital Markets domain experience.
n
- Good understanding of Capital Markets processes and technology.
n
- Experience working with software engineering, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams.
n
- Strong stakeholder and senior management management experience.
n
- Strong experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
