Hiring: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Project Manager / Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced *ServiceNow GRC/IRM Project Manager / Delivery Lead* with solid technical and delivery experience in *ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations*.

n

The ideal candidate should have experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and hands-on knowledge of *GRC/IRM modules and Now Assist implementation*.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years* of overall experience in *Project Management / Delivery*
n
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience*
n
- Strong hands-on experience in *ServiceNow GRC/IRM*
n
- Experience delivering *end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations*
n
- Experience with *Now Assist implementation*
n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules:
n
- Policy & Compliance
n
- Risk Management
n
- Vendor Risk Management
n
- Audit Management
n
- Experience with ServiceNow technical implementation, configuration and integrations
n
- Knowledge of *REST/SOAP APIs*
n
- Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting:
n
- Business Rules
n
- Script Includes
n
- ACLs
n
- Experience managing *project scope,



timelines, milestones and budgets*
n
- Strong experience in *client management, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance*
n
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including *Developers, Business Analysts and Testers*
n
- Experience conducting *JAD sessions and Sprint Planning*
n
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
n
- Hands-on experience with *ServiceNow Agile and/or Azure DevOps*
n
- Proven experience delivering *large-scale ServiceNow implementations*
n
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)*

- ServiceNow *GRC/IRM micro-certifications*

- Experience working with enterprise architecture and integration teams
