Insight Global is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our Cyber Security Operations and Identity & Access Management teams in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day Cyber Security Operations and IAM activities
n
- Oversee application vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation
n
- Manage incident detection, investigation, documentation, and escalation
n
- Direct IAM audits, access reviews, policies, and security monitoring
n
- Support the implementation and integration of new IAM technologies
n
- Develop team members and coordinate with cybersecurity leaders in the United States
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- 8+ years of cybersecurity or IAM experience
n




- Technical experience in following cyber disciplines: Security Operations (Incident Response) and IAM (IAM Engineering and IAM Operations)
n
- Leadership experience across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, or IAM
n
- Knowledge of SIEM, endpoint detection, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and identity governance platforms
n
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n
- A master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
n
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX
