Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to support SAP S/4 Business Process Validation (BPV) initiatives. The role focuses on validating and supporting Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes in SAP Concur, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and compliance with enterprise controls in an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP Concur business process validation activities as part of SAP S/4 BPV programs
n
- Validate end‐to‐end Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes including expense reporting, approvals, reimbursements, and postings
n
- Support and validate SAP Concur–SAP S/4HANA FICO integration,



including FI postings and reconciliation
n
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution for Concur‐related scenarios
n
- Validate expense types, approval workflows, audit rules, and policy configurations
n
- Collaborate with SAP FICO, integration, and technical teams to resolve defects and integration issues
n
- Ensure compliance with project governance, audit requirements, and internal controls
n
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and validation evidence
n
- Support cutover, go‐live, and post‐go‐live stabilization activities
