Job Title: Senior ERP Analyst

n

Role Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP

n

integrations and development. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting

n

integrations between Epicor Kinetic and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Jitterbit,

n

Workato, and Automation Studio. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders,

n

ERP teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient integration

n

solutions while providing L2/L3 technical support.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

 Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Epicor Kinetic and third-party

n

applications.

n

 Develop and consume REST APIs, web services, and custom integration solutions.

n

 Build and support integration workflows using Jitterbit, Workato, and Epicor

n

Automation Studio.

n

 Create and maintain BPMs, Functions, BAQs, Dashboards, and custom business

n

processes within Epicor Kinetic.

n

 Support data migration, synchronization, and master data management initiatives.

n

 Develop automation solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce manual

n

processes.

n

 Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data

n

inconsistencies.

n

 Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into

n

technical solutions.

n

 Support ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, quarterly releases, testing, and production

n

deployments.

n

 Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support

n

procedures.

n

 Provide L2/L3 support for Epicor ERP and integration-related incidents.

n

 Ensure integration solutions follow security, scalability, and best practices.

n

Mandatory Skills

n





 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic.

n

 Strong experience with REST API development and integrations.

n

 Completed at least 2-3 end to end Integration Implementation Projects.

n

 Hands-on experience with Jitterbit Integration Platform.

n

 Experience with Workato automation and integration workflows.

n

 Strong knowledge of Epicor Functions, BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Application

n

Studio.

n

 Proficiency in SQL Server, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

n

 Experience with ERP data migration and system integrations.

n

 Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

n

 Experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments.

n

Desired Skills

n

 Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, or middleware platforms.

n

 Experience integrating ERP with CRM, ECM, PLM, EDI, or eCommerce systems.

n

 Basic Knowledge on SSRS Reports, Kinetic Forms, and Labels.

n

 Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution business

n

processes.

n

 Experience with source control, deployment methodologies, GitHub, Visual Studio.

n

 Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS application integrations.

n

Required Qualifications

n

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related

n

field.

n

 5 to 8 years of ERP development and integration experience.

n

 Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.

n
