Qualification and experience: PhD / Master's from a reputed national or international university with at least 2-3 years of relevant skilled experience in industry/academic setup and well versed with the Oxford Nanopore sequencing platform.

Key job responsibilities

1. Lead and assist with the cancer and clinical genomics platform.
2. The role also involves both off- and on-the-bench activities.
3. Highly proficient in molecular biology, sequencing operations and data handling.
4. Open to support multidisciplinary research with database development and integration.
