AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Sales & Government RFP Executive who has a strong understanding of Government Tenders, RFPs, IT Sales, and software development projects**.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–3 Years

n

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software services
n
- Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirements
n
- Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participation
n
- Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services
n
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responses
n
- Identify potential government and enterprise clients and new business opportunities
n
- Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners
n
- Prepare opportunity summaries,



bid trackers, and sales reports
n

n

Required Skills

n

Good understanding of IT Sales & Business Development

n

Ability to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders

n

Basic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions

n

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills

n

Good analytical and research skills

n

Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities

n

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

n

Preferred

n

n
- Experience in Government Sales, Tender Management, RFP/Bid Management, or IT Business Development
n
- Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processes
n
- Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or enterprise clients
n
