Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps for our offshore team. This role designs and governs scalable, secure, future-ready technology architecture aligned with business goals — spanning applications, infrastructure, data, and integration — while working closely with onshore, offshore, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectives
n
- Develop target-state architectures and technology transformation roadmaps
n
- Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security
n
- Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks across the organization
n
- Drive cloud, digital, and technology transformation initiatives, including modernization and migration programs
n
- Collaborate with business, engineering, security, and onshore/offshore delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency
n
- Evaluate emerging and existing technologies, recommending scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions (cloud, microservices, APIs, AI/ML, etc.)
n
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide architectural guidance across major programs and projects
n
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, including reference architectures, roadmaps, and technical blueprints
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts, project managers, DevOps, and security teams
n




- Identify risks, technical debt, and architectural gaps, proposing remediation strategies
n
- Mentor solution architects and senior developers on architectural best practices
n
- Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones with onshore/global stakeholders
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
n
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in an Enterprise/Solution Architect role
n
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)
n
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures
n
- Robust understanding of microservices, API management, and integration patterns (ESB, event-driven architecture)
n
- Experience with application modernization, legacy system transformation, and cloud migration strategies
n
- Knowledge of data architecture, security architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD practices
n
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA, LeanIX, or similar)
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience in offshore/onshore/distributed delivery models
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

- TOGAF certification (highly preferred)
n
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, GCP Professional Architect)
n
- Experience in specific industry domains
n
- Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or IoT architecture is a plus
