KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cataract Surgery

n

n
- Perform high-volume Topical Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery with consistently excellent surgical outcomes.
n
- Independently perform Premium IOL implantation.
n
- Manage premium lens cases and provide appropriate patient counseling regarding lens selection and expected visual outcomes.
n

n

Premium IOL Expertise

n

Experience with:

n

n
- Trifocal IOLs
n
- Multifocal IOLs
n
- EDOF (Extended Depth of Focus) IOLs
n
- Toric IOLs
n

n

Refractive Surgery

n

Perform and/or independently manage advanced refractive procedures, including:

n

- SMILE
n
- Contoura Vision
n
- LASIK
n
- Femto LASIK
n
- ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens)
n
- InnoEyes and other customized vision correction platforms
n

n

PATIENT CARE

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative evaluation and surgical planning.
n
- Provide effective patient counseling and set appropriate expectations.
n
- Manage post-operative follow-up and patient care.
n
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and patient experience.
n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
- MS / MD / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
n
- Strong independent experience in cataract surgery and refractive surgery.
n
- Proven expertise in Topical Phacoemulsification.
n
- Experience with Premium IOL implantation.
n
- Strong understanding of advanced refractive surgery procedures.
n
- Excellent patient counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Demonstrated track record of excellent clinical and surgical outcomes.
n
