We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong visual judgment to help us evaluate and qualify professional freelance designers across global design categories.

n

This is not only a production-design role. You'll review portfolios, client projects, and design samples to identify whether a designer meets skilled-quality standards in creativity, execution, originality, and attention to detail.

n

You should be able to quickly understand whether a design is visually strong, commercially relevant, technically sound, and appropriate for the client's industry.

What you'll evaluate:

- Logo Design & Brand Identity

- Brand Style Guides, Typography, and Stationery
n
- Website, Landing Page, App, and UX/UI Design
n
- Illustration, AI Art, Character Design, and Storyboards
n
- Print Design: Brochures, Packaging, Labels, Posters, Catalogues, and Menus
n
- Presentation, Infographic, Resume, and Vector Design
n
- Social Media, Email, Web Banner, and Signage Design
n
- Book Covers, Layouts, and eBook Design
n
- Fashion, Merchandise, Architecture, and 3D Design
n

What you'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Reviewing portfolios and linked projects for quality, originality, and authenticity
n
- Assessing visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour, branding, and execution
n
- Evaluating whether designers can work across relevant industries, audiences,



and design styles
n
- Approving or rejecting applicants using defined quality benchmarks
n
- Writing explicit evaluation notes and maintaining accurate review documentation
n
- Identifying recurring quality gaps and sharing insights with the internal team
n
- Supporting quality meetings with practical, design-led feedback
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, visual communication, or design QA
n
- A strong portfolio demonstrating professional design thinking and execution
n
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling
n
- Ability to identify both strong creative potential and technical/design flaws quickly
n
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI-assisted design workflows
n
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and documentation
n
- A balanced perspective, able to respect creative originality while maintaining high skilled standards
n
