RiStudio is looking for a confident, articulate and people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

n

RiStudio is a premium cosmetic tattoo and brow studio in New Delhi, known for its high standards, personalised service and discerning clientele, including celebrities and high-profile clients.

n

We're looking for someone who understands that outstanding client experience is about much more than a warm welcome.

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar environment
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confident and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele
n
- Calm and composed when handling difficult or unexpected situations
n
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership
n
- Strong sales and client-conversion skills
n
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills




n
- Comfortable with Excel, Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management software
n
- High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented personality
n

Most importantly:

We're looking for someone who is smart, switched-on, warm and solution-oriented.

Someone who can manage a busy day, handle a demanding client with grace, follow up on a lead without being pushy, and notice the little things that make a client's experience exceptional.
