We're Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer | Freshers Welcome

Are you a Mechanical Engineer who wants to solve real industrial problems — not just sell products?

n

Permaweld works with refineries, steel plants and continuous process industries, providing specialized steam-based, high-pressure components designed for extreme heat, pressure and corrosive environments.

n

This is not typical sales.

n

You'll work directly with plant and maintenance teams to understand operating conditions, identify critical valves and equipment that require attention, and help customers develop the technical and commercial case for replacement.

n

The sales cycle can take months — so we're looking for someone who understands that good engineering solutions and solid customer relationships take time.

What we're looking for

n

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
n
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
n
- Curiosity about why industrial equipment fails
n
- Ability to ask the right technical questions
n
- Comfortable visiting industrial plants and speaking with engineers
n




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Willingness to travel and build long-term customer relationships
n

n

No Valve Experience? No Problem.

n

We provide full technical training, so prior valve-industry experience is not required.
