We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business.

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
n
- Explain services, offers and promotions to customers.
n
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
n
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.
n
- Build positive relationships with customers.
n
- Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions.
n
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Qualifications

n
- Candidates with any qualification having valuable communication skills.
n
- Knowledge of English,Tamil, Kannada will be an advantage.
