CLIENT: Market leader in energy productive Air Comfort and Cooling technology scaling up and transforming operation for a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Pune,Maharashtra.

We are seeking an Operations leader proven record of streamlining operations, improving productivity, enforcing systems with a mind set of manufacturing excellence, operations management, Quality,lean manufacturing with reputed HVAC/Cooling/Refrigeration/ Industrial product organizations.

Role Overview

n

The Plant Head will drive the P&L;, consistently increase business turnover YOY by re-organizing business direction and through strategic initiatives & cost control measures.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Site Leadership & Operational Excellence
n
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
n
- Lead and develop site leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.
n
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Own the P&L;, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
n




- Collaborate with global operations leadership to share best practices and drive harmonization across sites.
n
- Drive statutory compliance for plant construction, safety approvals, and environmental clearances.
n
- Lead recruitment of the core plant team in partnership with HR and leadership.
n
- Ensure adherence to global HVAC manufacturing standards and certification norms.
n
- Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and product reliability performance.
n

DESIRED INCUMBENT PROFILE:

n

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
n
- MBA/PGDM (Operations/General Management)
n
- 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in HVAC,Chilling,Cooling technology manufacturing.
n

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 50LPA
