We're Hiring: Senior Textile Designer

KALISTA is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our design team in Noida.

n

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile design, colour, print development and surface ornamentation, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful festive and occasion-wear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research seasonal trends and develop original textile concepts
n
- Create prints, motifs, layouts and colourways
n
- Develop placement prints and embroidery artworks
n
- Build cohesive print stories and mood boards for collections
n
- Coordinate with fashion designers, sampling teams and vendors
n
- Review strike-offs, embroideries and production samples
n
- Guide junior designers and manage multiple projects and timelines
n
- Maintain originality while ensuring designs align with KALISTA's aesthetic
n

Requirements:

n

n




- Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline
n
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Indian occasion wear, festive wear or contemporary ethnic fashion
n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate
n
- Excellent understanding of colours, fabrics, printing techniques and embroidery
n
- Strong creative direction, attention to detail and commercial sensibility
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
n
