Senior Accounts & Finance Executive - Steel Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to manage finance and accounting operations for our steel manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliances and coordinate with auditors/tax consultants.
- Prepare MIS, cash-flow, working-capital and profitability reports for management.
- Manage plant costing, including cost per MT, raw material consumption, yield, power cost and production variances.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, stores and spares, including physical stock reconciliation.
- Manage vendor payments, customer receivables and ageing analysis.
- Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, sales invoices and dispatch documentation.




- Analyse production costs and identify areas for cost reduction and financial control.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales and Commercial teams.
- Support statutory, internal and financial audits.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in steel, metals or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, costing and financial controls.
- Experience with Tally/SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory and working capital.
- Candidates with experience in DRI/Sponge Iron, Induction Furnace, Billet or Rolling Mill operations will be preferred.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
