The Pillars of Impact

1. Sales Execution (50%)

- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor solutions.
- Develop client-centric product presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently.

2. Client Relationship Management (30%)

- Foster long-term client partnerships.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

3. Market Insight & Strategy (20%)

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
- Report on sales activities and market feedback.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning.

Your Path Reports to Regional Sales Manager. Potential growth into Senior Account Executive or Sales Manager within 12-18 months.
