3. Senior Google Ads Performance Marketing Manager
4. Experience: 5–10 years

Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube Ads
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns and substantial advertising budgets
- Complete knowledge of keyword planning, bidding, audience targeting and remarketing
- Ability to set up conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Responsible for CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality and campaign performance
- Able to independently plan, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns
- Automotive or dealership marketing experience will be preferred
