What you will do

Take the references I share (reels, creators, rough voice notes, or ideas) and turn them into content ideas and scripts that fit my voice. Write hooks, story structure, voiceover lines, on-screen text, and captions. Suggest a weekly content calendar of ideas based on where I am and what I am doing. Adapt one idea into multiple formats (a Reel, a Short, a longer vlog segment) where it makes sense. Take feedback quickly and revise without fuss.

What I am looking for

Someone who has written for creators or vlogs before, or runs their own page. Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and pacing for short-form video. Writes the way people talk, not like an ad or a blog. Comfortable working from references rather than a blank brief. Good with Hindi, English, and Hinglish. Organised and reliable on deadlines.





Deliverables (indicative)

Around 8 to 12 short-form scripts a month plus 1 to 2 longer vlog outlines, and a monthly idea bank of 15 to 20 concepts. Exact numbers to be agreed together.

How to apply

Send 2 to 3 samples of scripts or videos you have written for. If you do not have samples, pick any one travel or day-in-the-life reel you like and write a 30-second script in that style. Mention your per-script rate and your monthly retainer rate.

A few things to decide before you post: whether to mention a pay range (in India, freelance short-form scripts typically run from a few hundred to a couple of thousand rupees each, and retainers vary a lot with experience, so quoting a range attracts the right level), and whether to ask applicants for a small paid test script before committing to a retainer, which is a good way to check fit.
