Role Overview

Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls, clearly communicate the value of the ZenCube program, address queries, overcome objections, and convert interest into confirmed walk-ins to the ZenV Quantum office.

This is a pure target-based sales role focused on volume, conversion quality, and measurable contribution to ZenCube business growth. Success requires exceptional communication, genuine sales aptitude, resilience, and strong personal ambition to grow with a rapid-moving DeepTech organization.





Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to students and recent graduates (2024–2026 pass-outs) from the provided database.
- Clearly explain the ZenCube program value proposition: real industry projects, structured execution environment, mentorship by practising experts, skill validation through outcomes, and pathways to industry readiness.
- Persuade prospects to visit the ZenV Quantum office for further discussion/orientation/enrolment.
- Handle objections professionally, qualify interest, and book confirmed walk-in appointments.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up schedules in the designated CRM or tracking system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, meaningful conversations, appointments fixed, and successful walk-ins.
- Collaborate with the ZenCube team to refine pitch, share market feedback, and support overall program
