What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The Performance & Demand Management role will bring clarity and insight to HR service delivery by monitoring performance, intake, and demand trends. This role will translate data into action, enabling smarter capacity planning, proactive decision-making, and continuous improvement across HR Operations.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Track performance metrics and service SLAs.
- Analyze demand patterns, volumes, and resourcing implications.




- Support HR Operations leadership with dashboards and insights for decision-making.
- Partner with Service Delivery Leads to balance capacity and improve throughput.
- Recommend automation or process changes based on data trends.
- Deliver high-quality work aligned to defined standards, timelines, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to execute priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.
- Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.

Experience:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes
