Position Summary:

As an HR Manager at Costco India, you will serve as a key pillar in the HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management alike. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with Costcos core values. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the full lifecycle of the employee experience, ensuring that our policies, advantages, and development programs not only meet compliance standards but actively enhance the day-to-day lives of our team members.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:

Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Design and execute initiatives that boost morale, belonging, and engagement across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate support.
- Facilitate communication forums (surveys, town halls) to identify trends and drive organizational improvements.

Policy & Compliance:
- Interpret, implement, and communicate HR policies, ensuring they are applied consistently and fairly across all levels.




- Stay abreast of changing labor laws and regulations in India, ensuring organizational policies remain compliant and up-to-date.
- Manage HR documentation, personnel records, and internal audits with precision and confidentiality.

Operational Excellence:
