Position: Area Manager – Hyderabad

Division: Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) – Medical Devices

n

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

n

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for MIS products.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchase departments, biomedical teams and distributors.
n
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
n
- Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations and product trials.
n
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
n
- Develop and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
n
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
n
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for product demonstrations,



installations and customer support.
n
- Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts and CRM updates.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Experience: 4–8 years in Medical Devices / Surgical / MIS / Laparoscopy sales preferred.
n
- Strong knowledge of MIS, Laparoscopy and Surgical products will be an advantage.
n
- Existing network with hospitals, surgeons and distributors in Hyderabad preferred.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
n
- Target-oriented with strong business-development capabilities.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
n
- Graduate / Biomedical Engineer / B.Sc. / MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
n
