We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts
n
- Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk)
n
- Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements
n
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery
n
- Monitor SLA adherence and service quality
n
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
n
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports
n
- Identify business growth and upselling opportunities
n

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in mobility/car rental industry
