We're hiring a CMDB specialist to define and own our CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture, aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
n
- Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services.
n
- Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management.
n
- Enforce data quality and governance standards.
n
- Own discovery and integration processes end to end.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent).
n
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
n
- Robust understanding of applications and middleware.
n
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
n
- Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation.
n
- ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB experience.
