Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing and sales projects from planning through execution.
n
- Assist in market research, customer data analysis, and business reporting.
n
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS documentation.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Monitor marketing activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
n
- Support audits, documentation, and departmental activities.
n
- Complete Management Trainee learning and development programs successfully

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA (Marketing) students graduating in 2026 only.
n
- Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 70% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA).
n
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.

- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- MBA (Marketing) - 2026 Pass-out Batch Only.

- Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA.

- Freshers only.

- No backlogs, supplementary examinations, or academic failures at any stage of education
