Quantacus.ai is a B2B AI-native startup helping large commerce brands such as Zalora, Flipkart and Instamart improve digital marketing performance using AI and data-driven systems.

About the role

n

We are looking for a creative, design-first Creative Design Intern to build reusable templates for product-based advertising. This is not a traditional graphic design role: product images, product names, perks, offers, hooks, copy and CTAs will be inserted programmatically into the templates and used to generate creatives at scale.

n

You will work closely with our Product and Business teams, and your designs will be used in real Meta catalogue and e-commerce advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Design product-first templates for Meta catalogue ads and other performance formats
n
- Create layouts for single products, bundles and multi-product combinations
n
- Develop product-led, benefit-led, offer-led and feature-led creative variations
n
- Ensure templates work across copy lengths, product images and brands
n
- Experiment with typography, layout, image treatment, colour and messaging hooks
n
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable creative systems
n




- Create multiple variations that can be tested and improved using campaign performance
n
- Work with Product and Business teams to make templates usable at scale
n

Requirements

n

- Strong Canva skills and a good understanding of digital design
n
- Strong visual sense across typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition and product presentation
n
- Ability to work within different brand guidelines
n
- Ability to think in reusable design systems, components and layout rules
n
- Attention to detail, speed and willingness to create multiple variations
n
- Curiosity about AI, advertising, e-commerce and creative automation
n

Good to have

n

- Experience with Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator
n
- Experience with Meta catalogue ads, paid social or e-commerce creatives
n
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and metrics such as CTR and conversions
n
- Experience creating reusable components or working with design systems
n
