About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to take ownership of digital lead generation across our growing businesses in solar & renewable energy, consumer products, and other emerging ventures .

The role is focused on one clear objective: generating high-quality, measurable leads through digital channels and continuously improving their cost and conversion potential.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both campaign execution and numbers and can work closely with our sales and CRM teams to identify which campaigns actually generate business.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Justdial, and other relevant digital platforms
Generate B2B and B2C leads based on business and campaign requirements
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, keywords, audiences, bidding, and remarketing
Monitor CPL, qualified lead cost, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and lead forms to improve results
Coordinate with designers/content teams for campaign creatives and marketing assets
Work closely with the Inside Sales & CRM team to track lead quality, follow-ups, and actual conversions
Ensure leads from different digital channels are properly captured and attributed in the CRM
Analyze campaign performance by channel, geography, audience, keyword, and customer segment




Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommended actions
Identify and experiment with new digital channels and lead-generation opportunities

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, or digital lead generation
Robust practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience with lead-generation platforms such as Justdial or similar platforms is preferred
Understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and remarketing
Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead funnels
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup to optimization
Experience generating leads for solar, real estate, home improvement, automobiles, financial services, education, or other high-consideration products/services is an advantage
